Moss is a natural lichen that is primarily used indoors. After harvesting, which is from sustainable sources, the moss is stabilized and undergoes anti-static treatment to avoid the capture of dust.
Due to its molecular structure, like us, moss requires humidity which, also like us humans, needs to be at 40 to 50% relative humidity. Arid areas can be adapted to suit the required conditions with humidifiers.
Each floret of moss is carefully handled by the factory staff as they discard the unwanted basal section, which is recycled for future use for another application. It is then carefully placed, by hand, into the tray. Nontoxic, zero odour adhesive is used to hold the moss in place as each tray is packed with the required amount. Upon completion of this stage the trays go through to quality control prior to being packed for shipping.
MOSS should not be exposed to direct sunlight or weathering.
Can be placed in rooms without natural light. MOSS doesn’t stand water. Do not spray directly or flush the material. MOSS is a fireproof material. The nuances and changes in tone are characteristic of the natural product. The tones showed in the catalog are approximate.
The standard colour choice for MOSSwall® are two shades of green, otherwise known as Wasabi and Mint. However in addition to this are 19 colour’s all created with 100% organic pigmentation.

Once installed, the vertical garden requires no maintenance and is preserved intact over the years in all environments with a minimum rate of humidity of 40%.
