Through its groundbreaking Multi-municipal Collaboration Grants, the Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority invested $20,000 to organize and implement a joint-municipal recycling and clean-up day. Municipal collaborators include Cranesville Borough, Elk Creek Township, Franklin Township, Girard Borough, Girard Township, Platea Borough, and Springfield Township.
