Acotec Sdn Bhd

Acotec Sdn Bhd was incorporated in the year 1994 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of PJ Development Holdings Bhd. We are primarily an IBS system provider for light weight precast concrete wall panel which we name it Acotec® Wall Panel System.

ACOTEC® stands for Advanced Construction Technology and is a registered trade mark of Elematic, a Finnish company which produce ACOTEC® first panel in the 1990. To date more than 40 ACOTEC® production facilities had been setup all over the world, with Russia and China being the latest embrace ACOTEC® system. Germany, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia including Malaysia has been manufactured and applied in their building construction projects for more than a decade.

Our Malaysia ACOTEC® facilities were setup in 1994 with just one factory in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan Malaysia. To date we had increased our production capacity to eight-fold which is approximately 165,000m2 of panels per month. Due to our expansion, we are in the progress of upgrading our production line in Johor as well as setting up new factory in Kuantan to cater for the needs and demand from Singapore and East Malaysia. Our manufacturing plant are situated as below:-

1. Nilai Factory in Negeri Sembilan with production capacity of 45,000m2/mth
2. Taiping Factory in Perak with production capacity of 75,000m2/mth
3. Bandar Tenggara in Johor with production capacity of 45,000m2/mth
