One thing is certain: If Germany wants to reach the climate, the transport and heating sector must be electrified by 2050. And for that, renewable electricity is needed - and a lot of it. It quickly becomes clear that the conversion of the energy systems is not only a multi-layered but above all a whole social task.
The 14th edition of the New Energy Husum focuses on precisely these topics: New techniques and innovations for private individuals, businesses and municipalities based on all renewable energies, energy generation, storage and use, modern and energy-efficient construction, renovation and modernization as well as sustainable Heat concepts, digitalization and electromobility. On an area of 12,000 square meters, on which there is also a test track for electric vehicles in the Freigelände, around 10,000 visitors and 150 exhibitors will enter the dialogue.
Experts from politics, business and technology, manufacturers, consultants, builders, farmers and families - the New Energy Husum brings together all those who want to change and move. Embedded in the fair are also a series of publicly accessible forums, in which high-caliber speakers present intelligibly and vividly, how the energies in practice can proceed reliably and in all divisions.
The New Energy Husum is still an important branch of the development scene, but has also continued to develop into a final consumer market in recent years. At the fair, the exhibition will show what part of the technological progress has already arrived in everyday life.
